Details

Description: running any program under sudo causes cpu load, regardless what program is doing. Version of sudo 1.8.8 in 'base-devel' repository works fine.

* testing repo,
* sudo ver. 1.8.9p3

Steps to reproduce:
run any program under sudo, I tried [g]vim, reflector, pacman.
