Additional comments about closing: This should now indeed be universally fixed with the latest build of blender. If you still get problems, delete your pkgsrc cache (src/) and retry.

Can't reproduce. Do it in a clean chroot using devtool's extra-x86_64-build.

I get the same error, also when using 'extra-x86_64-build' as you requested.
