I have community/clementine 1.2.1-1 installed which appearently got broke after today's libgcrypt 1.5 -> 1.6 update.

kjozsa@manta:~$ ldd `which clementine` | grep not
libgcrypt.so.11 => not found

Can you please recompile clementine to use the new library? I hope it doesn't get much more work than that..

thanks a lot!

Works here - with clementine 1.2.1-1 and libgcrypt 1.6.0-1

$ ldd /usr/bin/clementine |grep -i libgcr
libgcrypt.so.20 => /usr/lib/libgcrypt.so.20 (0x00007fece285e000)

ldd is the wrong tool to use as it lists dependencies recursively. clementine doesn't link to libgcrypt, but it does link to libmtp which, in turn, links to libgcrypt.

libmtp-1.1.6-6 was rebuilt against libgcrypt 1.6, so this should be a non-issue. Did you not perform a full upgrade?

Thanks for the hint Dave, it helped tracking down this one. Appearently I had libmtp-git installed instead of libmtp and it got stuck at version 20130213-1. Replacing it with the libmtp package got the clementine problem sorted out as expected. Thanks a lot!
