The usual drill, same as last time - new X, new patch for tigervnc to support it. Attached is the necessary patch and a new PKGBUILD that uses it.

I forgot some compile options, dri3 and present extensions need to be disabled, otherwise Xvnc won't build. Here's a new PKGBUILD.
