Description:
As far as I understand, runtime data should be stored in /var/(lib/)$packagename

Giving http RW access to /usr/share/webapps/owncloud/{apps,config} feels incorrect to me.

Maybe symbolic links could be used here to store the content in the right place.

config was moved to /etc
apps perms was changed to default, assuming all owncloud apps will be installed using pacman
