Hello, sorry for the delay.

To become a tier 1 mirror you have to be a tier 2 mirror for a while, to prove that you have a reliable uptime and that you sync in time.

If you want to apply to become an official tier 2 mirror instead, please supply which tier 1 mirror you're syncing from.
