Description:
Weston package is compiled with old libxcb (that included /usr/lib/libxcb-xkb.so.0).
Weston (with xcb backend) now searches for /usr/lib/libxcb-xkb.so.0, but the actual libxcb package provides /usr/lib/libxcb-xkb.so.1.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Install weston and xorg-server
2) Launch X. Launch weston from within X.

Actual results:
> Loading module '/usr/lib/weston/x11-backend.so'
> Failed to load module: libxcb-xkb.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Expected results:
Weston window appearing.

No problem to start weston.
