Description:
Can't open or convert CDR files, loading fails with

File "/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/sk1libs/filters/import/cdrloader.py", line 837, in Load
self.import_curves()
File "/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/sk1libs/filters/import/cdrloader.py", line 880, in import_curves
self.begin_page("",layout)
AttributeError: CDRLoader instance has no attribute 'begin_page'

Additional info:
* Package versions:
sk1libs 0.9.2-1
sk1 0.9.1-13
uniconvertor 1.1.5-7

Steps to reproduce:
* use `convert` on a .cdr file, or try to open it in Inkscape (both talks to uniconvertor/sk1libs)
