Description:
Ever since upgrading to xorg-server 1.15 in a vbox, X fails to start due to the following error:
(EE) module ABI major version (14) doesn't match the server's version (15)

Additional info:
This happens with xorg-server 1.15.0-1 and also with 1.15.0-2 in combination with virtualbox-guest-utils 4.3.6-1.
This is probably same error that the nvidia driver runs into…

Steps to reproduce:
Upgrade xorg-server to 1.15 in a vbox and try to start X.

virtualbox-guest-utils doesn't seem to work with X-ABI-VIDEODRV_VERSION>=15 and should have conflicts for that.

Waiting a proper fix you may try this workaround:

Section "Server Flags"
Option "IgnoreABI"
EndSection

Well, your proposed workaround makes it unfortunately even worse: Now, X doesn't just fail, but the whole screen stays just black after starting X; I even can't switch to another tty anymore…

version 4.3.6-3 in testing should fix the ABI mismatch. Could you confirm?

Sorry for my late response, the last days were a total mess. Anyway, w/ 4.3.6-3, it works again, so thank you very much. :)
