Details
The system time should be corrected by archiso on boot, to
avoid the following problem:
(citing from wiki.archlinux.org) If the system date is invalid (e.g. it shows the year 2010), signing keys will be considered expired (or invalid), signature checks on packages will fail and installation will be interrupted. This can be done by a systemd unit with type oneshot, that executes ntpd -qg after the network has been set up. The ntp package is already included on archiso. |
