Detailswhen updating gdm to the latest version in extra (2.8.0.7-4) gdm replaces the config file /opt/gnome/etc/gdm/gdm.conf with new info for X.org 7
As X.org 7 is only in testing, I think gdm should leave this file untouched. Trying to start X.org 6.8 with the new config file will fail. |
