qcad package's "/usr/share/applications/QCad.desktop" sets wrong application category: "Office" instead of "Graphics".

I am not sure which category should be used. May be IDE;Development?

I thought Development is for programming tools. However, kicad uses Development too, so maybe it's not a bad idea to put qcad there.
