The host modules like vboxdrv fail to load when the kernel 3.12.4-1 from [testing] is used:

I have the same issue, but for people like me who need virtualbox I would't call this a low priority issue!

Installed kernel: linux 3.12.4-1
Installed virtualbox-host-modules: 4.3.4-2 (latest from community testing repos)

Error:
modprobe vboxdrv
modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'vboxdrv': Invalid argument

rollback to kernel 3.12.3-1
