The enlightenment17 is actually the evolving branch (soon to have enlightenment18) while enlightenment16 (what's called in arch enlightenment) is the stagnant one. This is very confusing for users who want to use enlightenment. As with other packages, installing the name (without the version) should lead to the latest version, not the old one. I suggest renaming enlightenment to enlightenment16, and renaming enlightenment17 to enlightenment, as people should be easily able to upgrade from e17 to e18 (new version).
