Getting this too on a GTX 660 Ti.

Rebuilding nvidia-331.20-1 against linux-headers-3.12.3-1 seems to fix the issue.

Yes, rebuilding the nvidia vidia-331.20-1 package fixes it here too.

Getting this too on NVIDIA Corporation G96M [GeForce 9600M GS].
Reinstall nvidia 331.20-1 not fix it (pacman -S nvidia).
Downgrading to 3.12.2-1 removes the errors.

Same problem (GT640). Kernel downgrade fixed it.

It was rebuilding and not simply reinstalling nvidia which resolved the issue. 331.20-2 is now in the repos, don't just reinstall 331.20-1.
