Description:
Since the upgrade from 6.0.1-1 to 6.0.1-2 support for USB seems to be switched off at compile time.

This is an essential function - I don't know anyone who is *not* using a USB type programmer. I guess this is not intentional and thus a bug.

Steps to reproduce:
=======================================================
$ avrdude -pm32 -cavrisp2 -Pusb -b38400 -B2 -Uflash:w:firmware.hex:a
avrdude was compiled without usb support.
