If at all possible, could we apply the following patch to Xorg7:
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/xserver-commit/2004-February/000505.html

Without it, C++ apps fail to compile when including certain xorgs headers. It's not important as I've only noticed it affecting one application (slim). See here for more details:
