Details

The install script for mono has an install and upgrade section that symlinks a /bin/ item to another /bin/ location. This should really be /usr/bin/ for filesystem reasons (a friend just doing the /usr/bin move found mono had not correctly vacated his /bin).

Of course, this is relatively unimportant now, but more important is the fact post_remove doesn't exist to rm this symlink after, leaving an unowned symlink floating around the bin directory after deletion.

That symlink shouldn't be in the install script at all, it should be made in the package function. That way the file is tracked by pacman.
