Hello

I use xorg of testing and the last nvidia driver of testing (1.0.8178-11). I use startx to start X. When I stop my graphical session and go back to the console, I have simply a back screen with huge green squares!

change your xorg.conf to use the right displays, the autodetection of nvidia is some kind of broken on your system.
eg. add this or modifiy it to your needs:
Option "ConnectedMonitor" "CRT"
Option "IgnoreDisplayDevices" "DFP, TV"

Option "ConnectedMonitor" "DFP" (with Option "UseEditFreqs" "1") solved the problem. I dunno if only the first option would have been sufficient, I´ll test it.

It works even without Option "UseEditFreqs" "1".
