Description:

Quassel-core needs qca as a runtime dependency. Without it, it errors unable to find shared lib.

Additional info:
Quassel version 0.9.1

Steps to reproduce:

Install quassel-core on base archlinux. qca is not installed with quassel-core or any of its deps. Run quassel-core and see missing shared lib error for qca.
