Description:

A bug in the latest girara-gtk3 release disables vertical mouse/trackpad scrolling.

The bug has been fixed by upstream, will be released with 0.19
see http://bugs.pwmt.org/issue358 for description/patch.

Steps to reproduce:

Try to mouse scroll in any app using girara-gtk3

for example:

-> $ zathura foo.pdf
-> try to scroll vertically using mouse/trackpad

oops, got the version numbers wrong:

current version is 0.1.8-1
the bugfix will most likely make it in 0.1.9
