Description:
since installation of phonon-gstreamer 4.7.0-2, digikam always crashes at startup on a x86_64 platform. It does not with phonon-gstreamer 4.7.0-1. Additional info: - output of digikam --version: Qt: 4.8.5 KDE Development Platform: 4.11.3 digikam: 3.5.0 - packages: qt4 4.8.5-6 phonon 1:4.6.0-8 digikam 3.5.0-1 kipi-plugins 3.5.0-1 Attached: kcrash report and strace output. Steps to reproduce: 0. Install KDE 4.11.3 Install digikam 3.5.0-1 Install kipi-plugins 3.5.0-1 1. Install phonon-gstreamer 4.7.0-2 2. (If digikam has never been started, launch it and configure it (all default values are OK) ) Launch digikam: it crashes before the main screen is displayed 3. Downgrade phonon-gstreamer to version 4.7.0-1 4. Launch digikam again. It does not crash... |

Update your system, phonon is outdated
