Description:

Chromium's tabs haven't titles.

Additional info:
chromium 30.0.1599.114-1


Steps to reproduce:

Install the latest version of Chromium and use the AMD's proprietary driver. The desktop manager is GNOME 3.10.

I know this issue. It happened in Version 23 of Chrome.
The solution was to downgrade these packages:

pixman (0.28.0-1 => 0.26.2-1)
xorg-server (1.13.0-4 => 1.13.0-3)
(cairo 1.12.8-2 => 1.12.8-1)

Doesn't happen for me on Xfce using AMD Catalyst 13.12.
