It would be great to build wireshark with ./configure --with-portaudio Portaudio is the library that's used to analyze RTP etc audio streams. This is useful for looking at SIP calls. It is the default in most other distributions and the Windows version. Additional info: Previously reported and implemented in https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/31637. It was backed out a few months later because of repository differences (portaudio is in community and wireshark was in extra, but it is now in community.) Also, someone else has recently requested that the original bug be re-opened, so I must not be the only person using this feature. ;) |
