Description:

virtualbox's wrong desktop entry file lead unsearchable under gnome3.

/usr/share/applications/virtualbox.desktop, line:

Exec=VirtualBox %U

should modified to:

Exec=virtualbox %U

gnome3 will hide the entry if it can't find the command from $PATH

I've tested on laest version of virtualbox and gnome3.

/usr/bin/VirtualBox
$ pacman -Qo =VirtualBox
/usr/bin/VirtualBox is owned by virtualbox 4.3.2-1


Virtualbox is in the PATH...

actually, for the first time when login to gnome, virtualbox is searchable.

after few hours later, vbox is disapeared from shell when search. I don't know why.

after change biger case to lower, everything works fine. and vbox is come back.

maybe it's a bug related to gnome?

Is it disapear after the first time you "click" on it? Maybe there is something in the desktop file not liked by gnome.
