Lightproof is no component of LibreOffice shiped source. It's an addon/extension to work with LibreOffice.

So it needs to be packaged as a separate packackage. This should be done in AUR. Feel free to request help in our forum section.

The Python version is a built-in extension:
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/lightproof

Here is a link to the 3.5 release notes which mention it:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/3.5

I don't think it should be in an AUR.

I don't know what makes you think that it's a built-in extension, but it's definitively not.
