After upgrading package to version 4.3.0-2, running vboxmanage list vms at the console produces this error:

VBoxManage: error: Failed to create a session object!
VBoxManage: error: Code NS_ERROR_FACTORY_NOT_REGISTERED (0x80040154) - Class not registered (extended info not available)
VBoxManage: error: Most likely, the VirtualBox COM server is not running or failed to start.

Running the same command under strace indicates that it is failing to open library libvpx.so.1. The output of strace is attached.

Installing package libvpx fixed the problem. Therefore I believe that libvpx should be a dependency and not just a make dependency.
