Details

Description:
When connecting to a ipv6-noncapable router, dhcpcd generates a lot of errors like

"ipv6rs_handledata: Resource temporarily unavailable"

then systemd will stop and restart dhcpcd. Ip addresses are re-required, and routing table got flushed and added. This happens almost every minute, and spam the journal file like a flood.

When I do a powertop test, dhcpcd also shows as one of the top event generator in my system.

Can you test both dhcpcd-6.1.0 and if that fails then the latest git head please?
