Currently the dhcp 3.0.3 package available in abs tree do not compile against the newly selected gcc 4 compiler. Included is a patch posted on bugs.gentoo.org and entries on the PKGBUILD to fix the issue.

Another issue is that currently your package refuse to build due to a checksum error in dhcpcd file. Apparently the maintainer modified it without updating the checksum in the PKGBUILD.
