trac 1.0.1 works with babel 0.9.6-4
used pacman -Syu to upgrade to 1.3-1
Then got the following when navigating to trac:

UnknownLocaleError: unknown locale 'en_US'

after having restarted apache:

RuntimeError: The babel data files are not available. This usually happens because you are using a source checkout from Babel and you did not build the data files. Just make sure to run "python setup.py import_cldr" before installing the library.

downgraded babel, restarted apache and it works again.

This affects OpenERP too.
We work in a multi-language environment.
fr_FR locale-based browsers fail to load OpenERP with the same error in server log.
Downgrading babel to 0.9.6-4 fixes the issue.
