Details

Description:
After suspending few times:

[root@anemophobia ~]# reboot
Failed to open /dev/initctl: No such device or address
Failed to talk to init daemon.

[root@anemophobia ~]# systemctl reboot
Failed to get D-Bus connection: Failed to connect to socket /run/systemd/private: Connection refused

[root@anemophobia ~]# systemctl restart NetworkManager
Failed to get D-Bus connection: Failed to connect to socket /run/systemd/private: Connection refused

suspend and wakeup few times...
