Description:
Playback of mpeg videos with vdpau acceleration enabled have large green bars overlaid (note I used an AMD E-350 platform)

Try to playback an mpeg file using vdpau acceleration with {gnome-,}mplayer.

mplayer -vo vdpau -vc ffmpeg12vdpau /tmp/test.mpg -v spp

mpg videos with libvdpau-0.7-1 don't even playback anymore.

Is this still an issue? Is only mplayer/vdpau affected? I guess it's more likely caused by the graphic card driver or dri/glamor implementation.

What's your driver setup?

It's only mplayer + vdpau. I already filed a bug report upstream, but it's not getting any help :

My hardware is the AMD E-350 Zacate platform (a very disappointing platform for me).
