DetailsSince Cinnamon 1.8.8, there has been persistent RAM leakage from the cinnamon process that was not present in Cinnamon 1.8.7.

It's an upstream bug, so we can't do anything. Please give some more info to upstream here: https://github.com/linuxmint/Cinnamon/issues/2426
