Details

On gnome-control-center,click local&languager,on input sources,click "+" add a new input source,on choose windows, archlinux & fedora have different size.

zh_CN and en are same.
gnome 3.8 &gnome 3.10 all have this question.

You show two completely different dialogs here. The one from fedora contains the one where you search, it shows one listing and scrollbars, which is stupid because the window could be larger to hold more items. The one from your arch screenshot contains a complete listing. No idea where initial height is set, it probably depends on the height of your screen.

and on arch,not only choose locale but also choose input sources are small,I can not look more things!But on fedora,this two windows work well

cause on arch,I cannnot SEE more items,but on fedora it works well.but they use same sources,so I think maybe something wrong in PKGBUILD.

I'm asking for your screen resulution, not for a possible explanation. The PKGBUILD doesn't specify different options than Fedora does.
