temorary fixed by
/etc/tmpfiles.d/remove-lightdm-xauth.conf

IMHO it would be good to disable service restart also on error behavior, like
Restart=on-abort or even Restart=no since it drives monitor and gpu crazy due to endless switching, especially on nvidia proprietary driver where modesettings does not implemented and effect the ssh the only way to fix this for now
