Description:
After upgrade to systemd 208-1 my system boots into recovery with a message:

The red error message from "journalctl -xb" is
"Failed at step EXEC spawning /bin/plymouth: No such file or directory".

I do not have plymouth installed. Seems like https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/34345 again.

After downgrading to 207-5 all is fine again.

Additional info:
* package version(s) 208-1
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:
Upgrade to systemd 208-1, try to boot.
