Hi, i have the following errors:

1- After installing Xorg 7.0 sucessfully, I have a 3dfx Voodoo 4, i get the following error when i execute startx:

The XKEYBOARD keymap compiler (xkbcomp) reports:
> Warning: Type "ONE_LEVEL" has 1 levels, but <RALT> has 2 symbols
> Ignoring extra symbols
Errors from xkbcomp are not fatal to X Server.

2- I have problems activating the dri support for the Voodoo, I'm using the tdfx driver and glide from sourceforge.net, although it tells direct rendering= yes it runs very slowly glxgears. Before Xorg 7.0, it run perfectly and i know it's not an installation problem because i used xorg without mesa and it worked perfectly. Now that kde 3.5 uses qt 3.5 which depends of mesa, i'm forced to use mesa, so i don't know what to do. I already tested the drivers of tdfx of dri.sourceforge.net but it didn't work.

3- After installing Xforce 4, when i try to exit the session nothing happens, and i have to press ALT+CTL+DEL.

Important= When i run glxgears although it shows me fps of 800,000 the gears run really slow due to te incompability with mesa.

glxgears has changed in Xorg 6.9/7.0 AFAIK, results aren't comparable to the old versions anymore (they have never been a good measurement). I get 1800-2000fps on a Radeon 8500LE using the radeon opensource drivers. On my Matrox G550, which is somewhat the same age as your 3dfx card, I get only 800-1000. Both are measured with 16bit colordepth. Having "mesa" installed doesn't mean you loose OpenGL accelleration, the mesa package only provides libGLU and the GLX includefiles. The real OpenGL libraries are in libgl, which is libgl-dri on your system looking at the glxinfo output.

About the XKB errors: xkbdata is buggy, I will upload xkeyboard-config soon, which will replace xkbdata.
