Description:

All files in /usr/src/linux-3.11.1-2-ARCH/include/config are empty.

Steps to reproduce:

cat /usr/src/linux-3.11.1-2-ARCH/include/config/*.h
cat /usr/src/linux-3.11.1-2-ARCH/include/config/*/*.h

The header files have filesize 0 and nothing is in it.

Those files are created by make prepare it doesn't seem this is a bug.
