Every right/left click in the clock creates a 'zombified' process.

I've reworked the patch given in (1) into the fix
- fix_defunct_processes.patch http://sprunge.us/ehMO
and the extension
- middle_click_on_clock.patch http://sprunge.us/BgJe

Steps to reproduce:
Configure gsimplecal as clock and right/left click in the clock
ps ax
