In the spirit of providing more precision to the problem description, I'm adding my "me too".

I've a ThinkPad w/ Dock. In 3.9 (and 3.10, but 3.10 broke logitech's keyboard-mouse usb-wireless), I have my laptop LCD, a monitor via the dock's DVI, and another monitor via the dock's mini-DisplayPort. On boot, all monitors mirror/clone shortly after GRUB2 through Display Manager (SLiM, for me). After login, I xrandr my displays according to personal preference.

With 3.11, the monitor connected via DisplayPort will not mirror the DVI-connected, nor the laptop LCD. After login, I'm able to make use of the DVI-connected display without issue, but what's curious is the DisplayPort-connected monitor is visible in xrandr output. However, using the DisplayPort-connected monitor spits this message:
xrandr: Configure crtc 2 failed

Hope this helps,
