Detailsmy install seems to be working fine, except numerous icons are missing, an example: the entire shutdown menu shows icons with the missing image icon.

What desktop environment do you use? Did you installed and configured a GTK+ icon theme?

I'm using KDE doesn't look like VirtManager is using any themes (ugly GTK defaults)

probably you need to install gnome-icon-theme
