Details

There is a problem with removing tor or torsocks. Tor depends on torsocks and torsocks depends on tor. This is a Chicken-Egg-Problem. Everybody must force the remove. Here are some ideas: Why not merging both packages to one package? Or making torsocks to an optional dependency for tor.
