xfce4-volumed is also affected and doesn't work.

Also the tty1 login prompt still gets every input from inside X11, so my journald is now full of my passwords as wrong usernames:

Sep 07 22:38:42 flow login[305]: pam_unix(login:auth): check pass; user unknown
Sep 07 22:38:42 flow login[305]: pam_unix(login:auth): authentication failure; logname=LOGIN uid=0 euid=0 tty=tty1 ruser= rhost=
Sep 07 22:38:43 flow login[305]: FAILED LOGIN 1 FROM tty1 FOR _my_keyring_password_entered_in_X11_, Authentication failure

bseifert: does setting the minimal VT to 7 in /etc/lightdm.conf solve the journald problem? (can't test right now)

Alucryd: yes, it fixes the information leak and the nm-applet + xfce4-volumed. Thanks!

@Maxime: if you set the default VT to 1 (which was a good decision I think), then you have to add 'getty@tty1.service' to Conflicts= and After= parameters of the systemd unit file. See how does it look like in Fedora:
http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/lightdm.git/tree/lightdm.service

And I recommend you to add 'plymouth-quit.service' also to the After= parameter. Even if plymouth is currently in AUR, I hope that we can move it soon to the official repositories.

György: Thank you for the link and advice, I've made the necessary changes and also added the plymouth requirement.

I've installed an xfce session for testing, nm-applet does appear in the tray and journalctl looks fine.
