Please post the full dmesg output. You will probably have to wait for an updated linux-firmware package.

I have a same issue. The journalctl shows following error:

smc: error loading firmware "radeon/TURKS_smc.bin"
ni_cp: Failed to load firmware "radeon/TURKS_smc.bin"
[drm:evergreen_startup] *ERROR* Failed to load firmware!
radeon 0000:01:00.0: disabling GPU acceleration
radeon 0000:01:00.0: ffff88022eb00400 unpin not necessary
[drm:evergreen_init] *ERROR* radeon: MC ucode required for NI+.
radeon 0000:01:00.0: Fatal error during GPU init

remove radeon module from mkinitcpio.conf is a workaround.
