FS#36759 - [openbox] 3.5.2-2 won't start without librsvg but is optional

Details

Description:
When Openbox is started (via xinit), the black screen shows for a while, then X server stops (terminating successfully). After manual start with 'openbox' command it shows:
"openbox: error while loading shared libraries: librsvg-2.so.2"
It looks like the libsrvg should be added as a required dependency (not only for 'make' according to  FS#36648 ).

An optional dependency isn't enough either. After an upgrade of my system it was virtually unusable because openbox didn't have librsvg. Real work without a window manager is impossible. Until I got help in #archlinux I was really in a quandry as there were no obvious indications what was wrong. Fixed by: pacman -S librsvg
