Description:

I have installed the latest release of ArchLinux:

Name : linux
Version : 3.10.9-1
Description : The Linux kernel and modules
Architecture : x86_64

Additional info:

I have also installed gnome 3.8.4 with the open source AMD XFree server for Mobility Radeon HD 4225/4250 and Mobility Radeon HD 5430/5450/5470.

My computer is a 64 bit HP Pavilion dv6 3100 CTO.

When I extend my display and put the main display on the external display, the scroll bars for all applications on the built-in display are disabled.

Yes, and I have verify it on gnome 3 in other distributions, including Fedora 19, Ubuntu Gnome 3.10, and Debian 7.

This only happens when the primary display is on the external display.

I can't believe other people are not seeing this.
