install lighttpd, upgrade it, it leave /etc/logrotate.d/lighttpd.pacnew file that prevent
logrotate to work until you delete this file.

It only happens, if you alter your /etc/logrotate.d/lighttpd file, otherwise ther is never a pacnew file created. Well, the whole issue behind that is, I can remove the backup=() functionality, but then your altered file is overwritten everytime, except you set ut to NoUpgrade.
I dunno which behaviour is more desired.

I finally found some time tolook into it. Either way users that change the logrotate file are screwed. If I put that into backup it leaves a pacnew file if not the changes got deleted. Other packages do it the same way it seems.
