Description:

The sqlite pkg-config file doesn't contain a valid version number (possibly) breaking other packages that check the version number:

cat /usr/lib/pkgconfig/sqlite3.pc
Name: SQLite
Description: SQL database engine
Version: @RELEASE@
...
