Description:
When updating to librsvg 2.39.0-1 icons in gnome3 (volume, bluetooth status, network manager applet, battery status etc.) are missing.

Downgrading to 2.37 resolve the issue.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Update librsvg to 2.39.0-1
2. Log into gnome 3

3. If librsvg is dongraded again, the problem is resolved

P.S.: I already tried reinstallin librsvg and running
/usr/bin/gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders --update-cache,
whoever, this did not help.

Confirming here, immediately after installing this update all of gnome's symbolic icons are "invisible". Rebooting did not help, nor did reinstalling the gnome symbolic icons and librsvg, I had to downgrade the package.
