Description:
The license of this package should be LGPL, not GPL.

See COPYING.LESSER in the gpgme sources and as per NEWS file gpgme has
been licensed LGPL since version 1.0.2 in 2004:

* Changed the license of the library to the GNU Lesser General Public
License (LGPL), version 2.1 or later.
